Katrina’s 2nd Anniversary

In it, 5th graders were asked what they thought New Orleans would be like on the 10th anniversary of the storm. I think that’s a great question for anyone. What do you think your home town will be like in 10 years? What do you want to change? What do you want to stay the same? What part can you take in making it happen?
